today I have a quick lunch fitness meal for you.
Very simple to prepare, very delicious and super healthy.
Ingredients:
- Rice ( 100gr)
- Tuna (150gr)
- Eggs (2)
- Light Ham Cubes (150 gr)
- Cornichons
- Leek
- Spices
We got much high quality proteins from the eggs, tuna and light ham and good carbs from the rice.
Try this out and play with the spices you like the most.
Recommendation for everyday.
As well a good recipe to take to work, university, school.

Looks delicious. My meal today was a bit on the lighter side. Just seasoned Spinach and Kale in a tomato tumeric sauce. Could have added meat and/or fish or cheese or eggs into the mix, but didn't feel like it today.

No problem. Tumeric is a really underappreciated spice. Goes well with a lot of other spices, has some interesting health benefits and gives dishes an unique taste if prepared with it.

That is a good meal with a lot of proteins. Though i try to avoid eating meat but tuna is for sure a healthy meal portion :)
