today I have a quick lunch fitness meal for you.
Very simple to prepare, very delicious and super healthy.
- Rice ( 100gr)
- Tuna (150gr)
- Eggs (2)
- Light Ham Cubes (150 gr)
We got much high quality proteins from the eggs, tuna and light ham and good carbs from the rice.
Try this out and play with the spices you like the most.
Recommendation for everyday.
As well a good recipe to take to work, university, school.
