You're reply comes a year after my post, so maybe they changed the credentials or login procedure at Dtube. I just tried it again and was able to login without difficulty.
New wave of disillusionment and exodus from YT with Pewdiepie's migration over to Dlive, and it had me thinking of the ole Dtube again.
