It was a really short introduction to introduce your book, at least one example could shine on my spotless mind...!
But the question is, which is better, diversity or conformity?
I prefer diversity over conformity. Conformity brings order while diversity brings disorder initially. However, with the right mindset, diversity can strengthen you and allow you to adapt better.
