The language of ivrit ( עברית ) Genesis 9, DTube Video #6
Welcome to my Hebrew reading & language series.
Genesis 9:21-23
Last week Noah planted a vineyard and now he is drinking of the fruits of his labor. So many questions are raised by our reading this week. How did Noah get naked in the first place? What was he doing? Why did Ham look when he saw him like that?
Some speak of the curse of Ham. They relate the curse to the fact that Ham looked at his father's nakedness. The verses from today lay out clearly that Ham was the father of Canaan - and we all know that Canaanites are bad.
Anyway, the other two brothers seem to have had a morsel of respect for their father and went into his tent to cover him up. Shem and Japheth had some idea of the saying, "I cannot unlearn it."
The Bible tells us the whole story because Elohim sees everything and will tell us what he wants to tell us. Noah's embarrassment is no obstacle.
Please have a look and repeat the words after I point and read. See you in the comments section.

It is always learning reading your content post anytime you shared
Hello Sir? How are you? I see you're making emphasis on the colored text in yellow when you're pronouncing it really. Infact I think today's lecture was very short and nice and I enjoyed every bit of it. Thanks for bringing it this Friday again.
Enjoyed hearing this in the original language. I didn't know that the word "nakedness" was plural and feminine.
