IS ESTEEM BETTER THEN PARTIKO? I WILL FIND OUT | D.tube talk#235
Hi D.tube family.
Since months I am using the @partiko app on a daily base and I have to say, I can not be without any mobile connection to the STEEM blockchain anymore.
However, for some days, more and more I read about the big improvements of @esteemapp and yesterday I decided to give it a try.
Over the coming 7 days, I will use and compare both apps on Android and IOS.
Wednesday next week, I will bring out my review and conclusion which one of both I will use for my interactions on the STEEM blockchain.
If you have already experience with both apps, please let me know what you thinking about.

Hey there, thank you for your comment. Yeah, I get you. That's an unnecessary promo from them to show who is using it and doesn't. Have you tried esteem yet? As you can see, I reply using partiko and that's because I love to see the comment I currently reply to down below. Have not seen that in esteem.

That's the exact reason I've never used Partiko
Partiko has got amazing interphase by all means and that's one huge advantage really. However I still prefer esteem still

I prefer Esteem and i am using esteemapp (android) from last two month.Continious advancement and ESTM token generate good faith about the project.Waiting for your review !!

Yes you can boost your post by ESTM and they announced that ESTM will be tradeable in SMT.They also started private selling of ESTM.

So I have been informed, but my phone is not high-end does not support many apps, I think the first thing I would buy if the STEEM gets up one day is a good phone with which to work well my friend. let's move on.

A few days ago it was not working as well.
I have always preferred esteem over Partiko
But would love to know your experience...

esteem was before Partiko
So I was already using it but the mobile app had many problems
But I really liked using esteem-surfer (on desktop)
I tried Partiko when many were singing its praises and I believe many still do
However, I didn't like that I had no choice where to place image on the post and that I can only use one image.
To top it, it automatically used it's branding on all my posts.
So, I just used Steempeak on browser and was happier with that.
But since all the upgrades and bug fixes, esteem mobile works like a charm
And so if I am out and about, that's my go to... write a post on it... and you'll see what I mean ;)
At my laptop, I use esteem-surfer to post because I like the side by side preview of my post and how I can scroll up and down on both separately
And to curate and reply, I use Steempeak because I find it the easiest to manage at the moment.

😅 eSteem 🤣 Did you figure out if Partiko is still active? I mean, are they still developing the app?
But also Esteem runs just smooth, and it just looks well designed. Partiko seems very basic, and without love. But just my opinion. As they say, good design is good business 🥰
Partiko as the app works just fine. As I said in the vid, some hickups from time to time but overall ready to use. The interface itself is much more organized in my opinion and easier to use. Nothing missing that I need for interacting with the community.
Have you tried partiko before?

Yeah, maybe, but if nobody is developing it any further, it just doesn't make sense to use it anymore. And yes, I used it and had issues with updating my data. I always had to add the information into the app. And esteem takes it from steemit. Apart from that, I don't like the design. If they had similar functions, I still would choose eSteem. And also, I want to support active people..
Valid points, thank you for your feedback. Regarding the data issue, I never experienced that, worked just fine for me from the beginning. U are right by supporting the activity of these devs. Let's see if life will get back with the team of partiko. Some information about the status quo would be good indeed.

It might be a phone issue, and I am not sure. I have a Samsung phone. Esteem had problems with it as well, but they fixed it in the newer versions.

Yes I'm using both apps currently on iPhone and on an Huawei. Will need some days more to decide.
