Thanks for posting on this weeks QOTW, and for giving some support and sharing why you like the ecoTrain..
You mention many good points, a good balanced response...i totally agree with your meditation comment,.. and that is why im right now writing this from an ashram in rishikesh, where im focusing on meditation and going deeper.. for me at least this is the most important thing... but of course good meditation depends on a good satvic diet, and all the other things...

A really nice video effort in English - well done! :) Always nice to see something of the environment where you are. Yes, agreed, after the diet and exercise and managing the emotions, it s SO IMPORTANT to have a positive attitude - it's like a personal thermostat which drives everything else.
