It is awesome to get a new update for dtube but I don't like the direction in which Dtube develops: DTube was meant to be a decentralized Video Platform. Why do we need more encoding server and not use a desktop app as an encoder and ipfs node. You are still at a point where you can set DTube on a truly decentralized path so please do it. Please release a Desktop app with integrated ipfs node and encoder. With the growing popularity of DTube, the server costs will rise and danger the complete project. Only a true decentralization will make DTube scaleable enough for the future.
