Ahh the ultimate enemy of my laziness, planners. But I know it is good so I will try it! Looks like your example breaks tasks down into very manageable chunks. I feel that is one of the keys to maintaining the discipline.

    It 100% is Eon. I use a tracking journal for 2 years now. The masterlog is an upgraded version of that.
