Dragon Beard Candy Making / 现场制作龙须糖
We were at Berjaya Times Square on the second day of Chinese New Year. At the main entrance lobby area, we saw this Dragon Beard Candy counter. The master was making the snack on the spot and we got to taste for FREE. 😋😋😋
Yummy yummy... Not sure about the ingredients, should be corn syrup, sugar, peanuts, etc...
年初二我们到Berjaya Times Square逛逛，在正门口的大厅处正好有个档子现场师傅做龙须糖让大家免费试吃。我们和大家一样排队看师傅做糖耐心等候吃糖。
好吃好吃！花生馅料好香甜。“龙须”很细滑。小朋友们站着看了很久，觉得师傅好像变魔术，麦芽糖在粉里拉呀拉，没一会儿功夫就变得细细长长的。厉害啊！
