DTube REAL — Vlog #3 | Sunshine, Milk & Flowers [First Time Filming in Public]
Hey friends, my experiment continues.
This was my first attempt to film vlogging style in public. Yes, I'm still nervous and shy, but I'm coming out of my shell.
You'll hear some Australian country, see some blue sky, and see me getting milk and flowers from the local Giant store. Shout out to @neeqi and @kevinli when I was listening to Keith Urban :)
Haha. No kids hurt during the filming of this vlog.

The guys at the end of the video looks like he stole a baby and was running away :O great things to try other ways of making videos, and as you said, for the start it feels weird to film while around other people, but after you see what kind of weird things people are doing while you are around... vlogging becomes nothing compered to that! great job sir!

Driving in America always looks so chilled out to me :) Everyone is driving normally. hahaha. Just yesterday some guy cut me off trying to make a right turn into my own driveway, and the road-raged me. My own darn neighbour.
Haha! That happens here, too. But we drive on the right side of the road (see what I did there? Lol)...
No it’s true / driving here isn’t so bad, especially on a lazy Saturday :)

Nice to see you overcoming filming in public, I remember when I was first starting to do that and it felt really weird :D
I think that only reason why I felt that way was that I was thinking of what others will think of me. And those are pointless thoughts.
Vlogging in public helped me to stop thinking of what others might think. And it is very liberating!

Can you share your phone set up? I can only get on via laptop and obs.
I take it you were using a phone. Sure would look strange carting your laptop... I've failed several times with the phone. Got any details on your mobile rig?
I really can't use DLive until I can get the streaming from phone thing figured out. Kind of hard to train a pack of dogs in the living room.

This is on DTube, not DLive :) I cant wait until DLive has phone streaming. It is possible, but not so easy yet.

I spent last Sunday figuring out live streaming and I found it easier from my iPhone than on my computer. I got there with the computer eventually. I guess computer works better as I can use an external mic then.
I can't figure out how to go live on my phone, and it's driving me bonkers.

Oh man, I just did the same thing today!
First time filming myself in public as I go over to a local pizza place for some dinner. It really does feel creepy at first, but I guess you get used to it in time.

There's something strangely compelling about live vlogs like this one. I'd love to do one myself, but I know how much time the editing can take and I can't really spare that. I enjoyed watching this though. It's always interesting to see daily living in other parts of the world. I'll maybe do one of my dog walk location so you can see how wet my feet get!
