My normal day happened on a Sunday, a day not too normal for many, but when I take shifts at work, one day isn't very different from another. This has advantages and disadvantages, but after all it's not so bad.

9:00 a.m.

---

It's time to wake up. Today the alarm clock is half an hour late, having gone to bed early enough last night by 8 o'clock I was already awake. Having still some time left I took the opportunity to lazy around in bed until 8:50, this is something I love to do very much. For breakfast a banana and a hot green tea, after that a shower, and I'm ready to leave home.

10:00 a.m.

Working time. I have to take the guys from the psychiatric community where I'm working to the church, then to the bar and lunch at noon. I usually take shifts of about an hour or so where I walk with them around the village for coffee and shopping.

12:30 p.m.

---

After serving them the meal it's my turn to eat, living only 3 minutes walking distance and being celiac I go home to eat, the break is only half an hour, so I have to do everything in quite a hurry.

At 1:00 p.m. I'm back at work again, until 2:00 p.m. if there's someone who has to go to the bar, buy something at the supermarket or in some store I'll take him, if not I'll be at the working place reception to give them cigarettes and do other similar things.

If the day is quiet all right, we talk and laugh together, if there is some emergency we have to use all the support tactics with them, if they don't work we have to switch to pharmacology.

In the afternoon we went to Aosta, taking a walk downtown, but normally I would have continued with the same morning itinerary until 5:30 pm.

5:30 p.m.

---

When I finish working I have dinner, like at lunch if my partner is at home I find everything ready, a very pleasant thing indeed, otherwise I have to improvise as chef (much better her than me).

After eating, another shower and then some relax with my partner, we sit on the couch and watch a movie or some series episode. Then a few hours on the web to write an article, play with Splinterlands and find out some news about sports and Crypto. One very bad news struck me, the death of Kobe Bryant, a real shame, he seemed to be a really beautiful person.

Last night match, "my" Juventus faced Napoli, all this for the happiness of my partner, who fell asleep during the first minutes, also because she woke up a few hours before me usually. After the match I still had some energy and spent some more time on the web and as I usually do around midnight I went to bed to face the next day.

Il mio giorno normale é capitato di domenica, un giorno non troppo normale per molti, ma facendo i turni al lavoro, personalmente un giorno non é molto differente da un altro. Questa cosa ha vantaggi e svantaggi, ma tutto sommato non è poi così male.

È tempo di alzarsi, oggi la sveglia é ritardata di mezz'ora, essendo andato a dormire abbastanza presto ieri sera per le 8 ero già sveglio. Avendo ancora un po' di tempo a disposizione ne ho approfittato per oziare un po' a letto fino alle 8:50, questa é una cosa che amo fare moltissimo.Per colazione una banana e un thè verde caldo, dopo la doccia e sono pronto a partire di casa.

Ore 10:00

Inizia il lavoro, oggi devo accompagnare i ragazzi della comunità psichiatrica a messa, dopo al bar e a mezzogiorno pranzo. Solitamente faccio dei turni di circa un'ora dove li accompagno in giro per il paese a bere un caffè e fare acquisti.

Ore 12:30

Dopo aver servito loro il pasto tocca a me mangiare, abitando a soli 3 minuti a piedi di distanza ed essendo celiaco vado a mangiare a casa, la pausa é di soltanto mezz'ora quindi devo fare tutto abbastanza di fretta.

Alle 13:00 sono nuovamente sul posto di lavoro, fino alle 14:00 se c'è qualcuno che deve andare al bar, comprare qualcosa al supermercato o in qualche negozio lo accompagno, se no sto alla reception a dare loro sigarette e sbrigare altre faccende.

Se la giornata é tranquilla tutto bene, si parla e si ride assieme, se c'è qualche emergenza ci tocca utilizzare tutte le tattiche di sostegno nei loro confronti, se non dovessero funzionare tocca passare alla farmacologia.

Nel pomeriggio siamo andati ad Aosta a fare un giro a piedi nel centro, nella norma invece avrei continuato con lo stesso itinerario mattutino fino alle 17:30.

Finito di lavorare faccio cena, come a pranzo se la mia compagna si trova a casa trovo già tutto pronto, una cosa davvero molto piacevole, sennò mi tocca improvvisarmi chef (molto meglio lei di me).

Dopo aver mangiato, un'altra doccia e poi un po' di relax assieme alla mia compagna, ci mettiamo sul divano a guardare un film o qualche puntata di una serie. Dopodiché qualche ora sul web a scrivere un articolo, giocare a Slpinterlands e informarmi su sport e Crypto. Una bruttissima notizia mi ha colpito tantissimo, la morte di Kobe Bryant, un vero peccato, sembrava essere una bellissima persona.

Ieri sera partita, la "mia" Juventus affrontava il Napoli, tutto questo per la felicità della mia compagna, la quale si é addormentata durante i primi minuti, anche perché si sveglia alcune ore prima di me per abitudine. Dopo la partita avevo ancora un po' energia e ho passato ancora un po' di tempo sul web e come faccio di solito verso mezzanotte sono andato a letto per riuscire ad affrontare la giornata successiva.
