#vlog [Cantonese 粤语] knocked my toe and sprained my arm

Clumsy me after Monday update accidentally knocked my toes at the stairs and sprained my arm whilst I'm trying to save myself. Taking a break from heavy exercise instead. To update I had some fun time on the steemslot. Don't worry, I won't invest anymore into gambling, having it just to pass time. I hope you have a fun time as much as I do. I will probably go back to my normal workout routine this evening.
