In this video, I am replying to @honoru regarding his question of temporary long term accommodation. I went out for a survey for near by budget accommodation. Per day rate is RM138, for 6 months straight is RM100 a day. However, local rental for an apartment is about RM1000 a month, but location and distance to work place may not justify. Strategic location rental may be much higher. And therefore, budget hotel with good rating is still a preferred choice if budget allowed. I made a compilation of the surrounding area, all the amenities are available and very convenient. I hope you find this video useful.
