After months of uncontrolled falling asleep, today was a first day when my body didn't want to sleep even for a one second.
I've made much progress in last few days. Looking forward for next weeks!

never. I always thought it's because of stress and cigarettes.

It could be. Maybe you are right. That might answer the reason why you couldn't sleep now that you have stopped.

Just saw you upvoted my post about how to quit cigarettes and now I see that you quit smoking. Keep it up. I'm sure as time goes by it will get easier and easier.

As for the sleep part...I know it's hard but have you tried not looking at a screen about 1 hour before you go to bed. I know it's hard to do that today when most people are glued to the phone but just give a try. My sleep quality improved so much after doing this. Also, you got a new follower. :)
