What up my Steemians, welcome to the @D00k13 Digest, heading down to Glen Lake Park today for a short and slow walk with Jerry to do my #Seven77 pushups for day 28. Jerry is still limping pretty good and I just couldn't bring myself to go for a run without him, my activity at work will make up for it nonetheless. Last night I had a little bit of a slip with my quitting smoking, seems the stress of the situation is a little much while not being active to burn the energy. Might have to find somewhere Jerry can just hang out while I run around in circles thus he won't feel left behind.
