🎥 Cryptocurrency Market Overview | 06.04.2019
Hello dear Steemians and Dtubers!
We have a new Steemian in our ecosystem: @RT-international. This is the biggest English-speaking channel and media outlet in Russia, and also one of the biggest in the world. According to some surveys, RT has a total weekly audience of 100 million viewers. So, let's hope that some of their audience will join STEEM blockchain in the coming months. Just to let you know that when I was a cryptocurrency analyst for the brokerage company where I worked for 6 years, I also used to work with RT and to write articles for them.
In this #video, I also commented on a interview with CoinBase CEO Brian Armstrong, in which he explained his point of view on what could trigger a mass adoption of cryptocurrencies.

Great video @cryptospa, and nice to see that Steem adoption is picking up speed.
And I agree with your analysis of crypto mass adoption, however I have huge doubts that bitcoin will ever solve their scalability issues, there seems to be a lack of will to solve it.
The Lightning network in my view are tackling the problem from the wrong end, not by fixing bitcoin, but running their own side network with bitcoin as colateral.
I can't see how that will create trust in the system the way a blockchain does.
