Attention Dtuber's! // Want to Win Some Blocktrades Votes?
Hey Dtuber's!
As the predominant spot where video creators hang out on the platform... I wanted to make sure you knew about a cool contest series that is being run by myself and @anomadsoul to make content for @steemonboarding!
There are going to be three different types of videos featured on the site.
- Learning modules. This is being done in house by our translation and video team.
- Community videos. These are being recorded by founders of various communities on the steem blockchain. (For example, Steemit mama's, Vegans of Steemit, Travel Feed, Exhaust etc.)
- Videos explaining the various dapps of the steem blockchain.
The last one is where you come in! We thought it would be fun to make this a community initiative and fun contest to get the most interesting and helpful videos we can for this part of the site!
Contest Details
@anomadsoul and I will be going back and forth with offering different contests on our pages. We will keep each contest open for about two weeks and you can enter into as many as you want!
Our @fundition contest has already closed, but we currently have an @actifit and @steemhunt contest running that you can still make an entry for!

Over the course of the next month or so, we will be running many different contests until we have a nice library of videos for that page. Yes, of course there will be a @dtube one coming up!

Contest Prizes and Why You Should Enter!
All entries, regardless of whether they "win" or not, will receive a small @blocktrades vote! (which ummm is still pretty bomb) and the winner will receive a few 100% votes! wowza!
Other benefits though include being featured on the Steem Onboarding site - which if it turns out to be a gateway for new steemains entering the platform, will mean a lot of eyes on you and we will of course link to your username in the description of the video on the site so people can check you out.
It's also just a great piece of content to make! Many of the people that have already entered our contests have mentioned how much fun it was for them to dig into various dapps a little more to learn more about them, or to stretch their editing skills to include more screenshots/visual effects. So have fun with it!
Disclaimer
By entering this contest, the Steem User grants the rights of the video submitted to @steemonboarding to use the video for promotional purposes in and outside the Steem Blockchain.
Each contest will be judged by both the Steem Onboarding team, and a representative from the Dapp. The winner will be picked depending on the needs of the Steemonboarding Project.

Nice initiatives, These tutorials will be helpful for every new and old users.. Because easily they can know about a dapp.. Thanks for taking this awesome initiative..

I'm not really following what you mean. Could you clarify?
You let the people create the content freely on your onboarding platform without contests. I believe people will love to create them for raising the value of the Steem blockchain.

Is there a hashtag that we can use specifically for these contests? It would make posting videos and the like a lot easier.
There are tags to use, check the contest posts in this post.
