Steem doesn't work like this, you have to write original comments related to the topic. The number 4 means that you are flagged, it's a reputation on steemit that you have to care about, not to ruin it !

@kenanqhd, I have a question. You said in your interview that you live in China. What is going on with the cryptomarket in China? The media says that in China cryptocurrencies are banned. Miners are prosecuted. The government is trying to find the people using crypto and make a list of them, in order to charge them with fines, etc. Is true? Or it is just fake news?
