It can be really mentally tough on here sometimes for sure. I have been on here for almost two years and this has always been an issue. Some of it is justified and most of the community will agree that some people are getting what would be considered an extra ordinary amount for the work they are putting in but really when it boils down to it everything on STEEM is 10% about the content and 90% about how much power you and your alliances have really when it comes down to it.

That is personally why I think a model like this would work best with an additional non intrusive ad revenue model that would be shared with the community as well.

But yeah..... it is natural to put some sort of value on our time and have some sort of expectations and when that isn't met it can be frustrating for sure.

One thing @papa-pepper says is that everyone talks about Buying Low and Selling high when it comes to investments. But it is 20X harder to "Blog Low and Sell High" Simply because we have some dollar amount that we associate with our time and if it is way below that we feel ripped off.
