What you're suggesting is probably impossible to be honest. The way blockchain tech works, it's just not feasible. You'd need to have some kind of caching server somewhere that will hold the videos for you, awaiting to be submitted to the blockchain. @furiouspete
Streaming video over the internet was thought to be impossible just a few decades ago! There's always a solution, just takes time and a bit of ingenuity
