Tuck up drills are a great way to improve your hand stand. This is a strength building drill that will help in improving power in your shoulders, arms, core.
Adding this drill into your hand stand practice a few times a 2-3 times a week will surely improve your hand stand and help you get enough strength to hold a hand stand longer!
This is also a fun workout drill to practice and add into your normal exercise routine.

When attempting any handstand, I seem to get shooting pain through my tiny wrists. I consider myself to be an average female weight. Do you think I should avoid handstands altogether or is this just a beginning stage of handstands that will get better over time? I'm currently watching the video and you are talking about strength building but I fear I'm one of the few experiencing pain :(
I can't even remember when it was the last time I was able to do one of that. Really long time ago that I can assure. :D
