WIN AND WIN SOME MORE WITH "NAME THAT MELODY" CHALLENGE!!!
How are my favorite online people doing? I hope you imagine my greetings in an enthusiastic tone cause I am usually so excited about interacting with you. Speaking of excitement, I have some great news!
My good friend @jhonni17 and I will be hosting a competition for you guys with amazing giveaways! How does that sound? Awesome? Good! Now, for starters, the competition will be musical. And hey, you know what they say about music, it is the world's most famous language.
Anyway, we won't ask you to make videos of you playing the piano, guitar, violin, etc. Although, that would be a great idea and quite entertaining. Hmm, maybe we'll do that next time. However, in this competition, 'Name that melody' my buddy @jhonni17 who is a talented musician will play some melodies on an electric piano or other musical instruments, while you guess their titles/names. Whoever gives the correct answer first, walks away with a prize!
If for example, you recognize the tune as Fur Elise, just type 'Fur Elise' + the author/band in the comments section and the first correct comment wins. That way we avoid tying instances thus simplifying the rules of the competition. And don't worry, @jhonni17 will play well-known melodies. It's, therefore, a matter of how fast can you type the correct answer compared to other competitors.
We might decide to spice it up a little bit and include two or three different melodies in one recording. In this case, the player to first correctly identify all of them wins. But, if in 24 hours no one has guessed all of the tunes correctly, the prize goes to the first person who correctly identified most of them within that 24 hours.
Additionally, though the game will mostly have one round, sometimes it will be divided into various stages such as quarterfinal, semifinal, and final. The more the rounds, the bigger the prizes. Alright, alright, alright let's do this!!!
NOTE: You can only submit an answer once, so listen carefully to the melodies before hitting send. Replies could not be edited after submitting, even your next answer is correct, it won't be counted if modified!
