Scaling up, down or staying the same size has always been a controversial issue among entrepreneurs. Personally, I feel that this is dependent on each's context and quality of life. In this podcast, I actually am not sharing much about this topic because I don't have much experience in this - rather, I have an amazing article to share with you if you want to figure out if scaling up is the right thing for your business right now.
