I have found that a glass of cow milk at night produces a lot of energy and energy in the body.
So eating a glass of milk at night is very beneficial.
This doesn't have any relation to Ayurveda and no correlation with drinking cow milk at night. Please quote Ayurvedic sources.
Cow's milk is for her calf. If you want to drink cow's milk, you should be her calf! Period.
