Is there people who do not dream?

dreaming is the creation of the human brain.

if someone claims that he doesn't dream or maybe can't recall his dreams , then there is a good scientific and reasonable explanation for that.

first of all there is 3 categories of people :

• rare dreams
• never dream
  or never recall their dreams

scientifically speaking , dream recall with REM sleep .

-REM is characterized by rapid eye movement and rapid pulse and breathing-

not everyone reports dreaming .
it is provoked that you can have REM sleep with low dream recall or even without dreaming

moreover, it seems like women could possibly dream more than men or maybe their ability to recall is stronger
however the following reasons sure have everything to do with dreaming activity :

heavy sleeper :

have you ever question yourself , is it me? did i deliberately made my dreams vanish?
yes it could. being a heavy sleeper makes dreams hard to recall because the time of dreaming in reality lasts several seconds . and you thought that you've been dreaming all night . and that's not true , it is an illusion .

hormones effect :

it has something to do with MELATONIN ,
its the hormone that regulates sleep patterns , high level of it : your dreams more likely to be animated
low level : fewer and fuzzier dreams

dreaming is essential, so there is no such a thing as i don't dream ever.however there is some rare cases as demonstrated but as a consumer of sleeping pills i would rather say that sleeping pills obstruct the dreaming process , i have concluded that i don't dream and that is totally wrong because without my sleeping pills i enjoy long nights of lucid dreaming
