This is Wiley Wiggleface. He lives a couple blocks away. Everytime when it's a bit windy outside his head starts to wiggle and deform into another shape. He smiles a lot but nobody recognizes him as he looks different everyday. So even when he looks happy he is miserable inside and lonely.
If you see him walking and recognize him just say hi or even better give him a hug he needs it.

What a lonely fellow with ever-changing face ! He should carry a name tag so people know it's him and would wave back when he waves at them :)
Name tag would be a solution I will tell him when I see him again and recognize him. :D
