Jesse Pinkman from the TV series - Breaking Bad
Following up on my drawing of Mike Ehrmantraut (click to see that post), here's one of the high strung Jesse Pinkman.
Jesse Pinkman, played by Aaron Paul was Walter Whites partner in crime. A former high school student of Walter, they team up in Episode 1 to cook meth and well.... it spirals out of control to say the least!
Brilliantly portrayed by Aaron Paul, the Jesse Pinkman character was originally going to be killed off early in the first season however his performance resulted in creator Vince Gilligan writing him into the 2nd lead main character. Pinkman is a lost soul who finds a strange and confusing father/son relationship with Walter White & Mike Ehrmantraut as they try to navigate the rollercoaster world of underworld crime.

Hi there, Groundcontrol. You have an excellent traditional drawing technique. the white pastel pencil really creates some great contrast. I do drawings as well, mostly portraits, but these days I've been concentrating on acrylic painting. I know a good "drawer" when I see one, and you my friend are that. Hope you do well here on Steemit! Upvoted and following.

Yeah the white really takes it to another level, gives you great control of depth working with the mid-tone paper.
I'm working on my oil paint skills but not at a level yet where i'm ready to share those - hopefully in the future!

Brother you've got talent. I've been an artist too ,through hobby, most of my life and although no where near what you do, It's given me an eye for talent and you have it. Look forward to more.
I'm just a hobby artist myself. Never sold anything or entered a competition - maybe one day.
I do it because it's my way of unfolding the mysteries of the universe - it's something to learn and improve at which brings focus and understanding of other things. I read somewhere if you can learn one thing and apply a method of learning you'll be able to learn other things a lot easier.
What ever it is, find something you can learn and just keep at it, small steps become big journeys.
Oh yeah, I've def gotten better with time. It's a skill one earns absolutely. You let me know when you want to do a family of 4 and how much. If we can agree on a price I'd gladly be your first client/customer. think about it.
