Where are my umbrellas??? / 傘はどこへ？？？

I bought two fold up umbrellas today but I cannot find them.
I asked the cashier to put them in the bag with the toilet paper I bought.
I was busy putting rest of what I bought in my shopping bag and paying at the same time but I thought I saw the cashier putting the umbrellas in the bag on the corner of my eyes.
I walked straight home from the store which was 5 blocks away from my place.

今日、折りたたみ傘を2つ買ったのですが、見つからないのです。
レジのお姉さんに、一緒に買ったトイレットペーパーと一緒に袋に入れるようにお願いして、私は他の物を自分のショッピングバッグに入れたり、支払いを済ませたり。
視界の隅の方でお姉さんが袋に入れているところを見ていたつもりだったのですが、家に着くと傘がないのです。
家は店から徒歩10分程です。寄り道はしていません。

I noticed that the umbrellas were missing when I put the bags down on the floor at home.
I walked back to the store the same way I walked home thinking maybe they fell out of the bag?
It was a big plastic bag. I think if there were umbrellas in the bag with toilet paper, they would be on the bottom.
Anyways, I got to the store and asked the cashier who took care of the payment.
She insisted that she put them in the bag looking at me weirdly.

家に着いて荷物を床におろしてすぐ、レジ袋に傘が入っていないことに気づきました。
途中で落としたのかな？と思い、同じ道を店まで歩きましたが見当たりません。
大きなレジ袋でトイレットペーパーと一緒に入っていれば、トイレットペーパーの下になっていると思うので、袋から飛び出したとも思えないのですが、店に着いてレジのお姉さんに尋ねると、確かに袋に入れたと…
しかも、変な目で見られて、凹みました。

I headed home thinking maybe I missed looking...
When I got home, my husband was there.
I told him what happened and he helped me look for it but no signs of umbrellas.
Well, we didn’t really have to look for it...just check in the bags.
Can you believe what he said?
He said...”Did you check the fridge?” Ha ha ha...that’s funny.
I haven’t even taken anything out of the bags when I notice the umbrellas were missing.
So, I told him off.
Then I called the store and asked for the missing umbrellas again but I could only get the same answer.
Am I going out my mind?
Did they fall out the bag?
Someone reach out and took them out of the bag while I was walking home without me noticing?
How could both umbrellas be missing at the same time?
Where are my umbrellas???
That’s $40 together.
They must have fallen into a black hole...lol
I can’t think of why they went missing.
Anyways, I’ll try the store tomorrow again.

見落としたかな〜と思いながら、2度目の帰宅。
家に着くと旦那ちゃんがいたので、訳を話し一緒に探してもらいましたが、やっぱりありません。
というか、探すほどのことじゃないんですけどね、レジ袋の中身を確認するだけですから。
旦那ちゃんったら何て言ったと思います？
“冷蔵庫の中は探してみた？” ですって…
は、は、は…だから、気付いた時、まだ袋から何も出してなかったんだってばよ！笑
結構イライラしていたので、旦那ちゃんにはあっち行けと目で訴えて、店に電話してみましたが、答えは同じでした。
私、とうとう気がオカシクなったのでしょうか？
どう考えても理解が出来ないところばかりです。
どこかで落とした？
誰かに取られた？歩いて帰る私のレジ袋から？
２つとも？
傘はどこぉ〜？？？
2つで40ドルです。
ブラックホールにでも落ちたのでしょうか…笑

So here I am, not knowing what to do or how to deal with this unsolved feeling.
I drew un umbrella to make me feel somewhat better.
I drew it with 0.3mm mechanical pencil.

ということで、私はどうしたら良いのか、この出来事をどう理解したら良いのか分からなくてモヤモヤしています。
仕方ないので、気持ちを紛らすために傘の絵を描きました。
0.3mmのシャーペンで描きました。
明日もう一度、お店に行ってみます。
