I want some advice to become better It took me 30 minutes to finish

last month I made this tutorial for eye drawing, you can check if you want..

you make the same mistakes as every beginner....

lines should have different thickness and intensity...
lines shouldnt be too simple and straight...
do round shading on the round places
do more shading, instead the drawing would always look flat
dont use wrong direction of lines ( I mean the iris has one centre)
use right proportions (the part where the tear ducts are should be bigger)
eyelashes are round and has its own direction in different angles
the reflection inside looks better when its round, or it excedes the pupil..
do more work with the upper eyelid
the eyelashes on the lower eyelid are separated, they are not connected in one line
use patterns... its better to learn drawing according to another drawing..
