RE: The Horseman - last steps

This was well done. I'm impressed by the amount of detail trying to add depth with colors. I'm never goo at water coloring so artists that are good at using the media will usually impress me. I think what made this post worth exploring further was how you built anticipation with each process post before.

Well, I'm far to be a réal spécialiste of watercolor, in fact I just learn by myself and try to improve from my mistakes ! And yes, indeed, watercolors for me make me need to think some time before starting coloring, about the strategy I will have to apply, regarding what I want to render (and from some pictures I have somtimes for inspiration or model).

You could have fooled me if you claim to be a specialist. I appreciate stuff that I have no mastery in because they come off as new to me. Your post just reminds me I lack effort especially the part where you mentioned learning by yourself :P

Do you illustrate for books as a living? you have the skill for it :D

No, unfortunately, I have completely another kind of job... But thanks a lot to think that I could be a professional illustrator, there can't be a greatest compliment !
In fact, I began a story here, exactly in the idea of an illustrated book, you can begin to read here the first chapter : https://steemit.com/story/@djacbaweur/the-great-gardens-of-the-god-of-worlds-1, and then follow the other chapters on the blog !

Yes, I checked that post before finishing reading this current post. I figured it was a serialized content so I immediately went on back reading some posts of yours. You would make a fine story illustrator with your current outputs.
