What works for one does not work for another.
Many people are overweighted and this is not a problem in the Western world only.
One of the goals I set for 2020 is losing weight. After a life filled with prednisone, I will lose weight in the new year no matter what it takes.
I deal with some problems.
- Prednisone use.
- A very, very slow digestion.
- The fact I already hardly eat.
- Not being able to walk a lot or run or...
- I am not alone and my children need to eat.
If it comes to the ideal weight times changed. Once the ideal weight was: seize in centimeters - 115 = weight in kilograms.
The BMI makes it way easier to be labeled as "normal". The range between normal and overweighted is 20 kilograms! If you use your common sense you know this is ridiculous.
What makes eating easier for you?
- A set table
- Eating with others
- Being bored
- Worries, stress
- Going out/restaurants
- Nothing
- Other

Having delicious healthy food I enjoy eating available.

Well, it's everything, @wakeupkitty. Mostly, I like feeling fulfilled and energetic after a meal instead of stuffed and sick. I go for nutrition, above taste.
@bxlphabet I go for taste. That is what I miss most "taste" it is as if everything tastes after nothing ir the same.
