Simple survey I'd like to see as many people reply to as possible with explanations for your choice please. Thank you for taking part :-)

I vote yes for the simple reason I have seen some single accounts with huge stake have massive impact on the overall experience of the blockchain (be it on witness ranks or through curation or through support of promising projects). So if a lot of Dolphins 'act as one' they might achieve a similar impact together. It would 'decentralize' a bit of the monopoly some huge stake holders have on some aspects of the blockchain.

Of course, the impact can go both ways, depending on where the council focuses on. Also, there will be many challenges as a big group of people will not always agree :') I'm pro low-key organization but not pro bureaucracy and my individual preferences will probably not always align with the will of the Council, so I see this a huge experiment which I'll treat with an open mind and curiosity, as I do with all things blockchain, decentralization and crypto.

I absolutely love your indepth and well thought out replies. Thank you so much @soyrosa :-)

As long as the group comes together consistently to support the growth of the majority and the fostering of value creation across the ecosystem I think we can make a collective difference.

Thank you so much for participating in the Partiko Delegation Plan Round 1! We really appreciate your support! As part of the delegation benefits, we just gave you a 3.00% upvote! Together, let’s change the world!

Got a five hundred error on the dpoll page, answer would have been yes.
There are a lot of groups and a lot of curation trails and a lot of early joiner groups (first year alumni). For steem blockchain to remain as decentralized as possible, then there should be no one group or organization that has all the say in how things are done.

I think the dolphincouncil can be a very good influence on the blockchain, only time will tell for sure, but having a good solid foundation does help with any project, group, or idea, and I believe that the dolphincouncil is building that solid foundation.

I think instead of forming newer and newer working gropus and communities, the Steem reward system should be changed to incentivize better content and readability.

How will you achieve that change?
