There are 10 new Steem Monsters cards available and I'm thinking about the value of these cards. Primarily I am interested in the long-term value and the question if it is worthwhile to buy and hold these cards. In order to determine the value of the cards, in my opinion one factor is mainly decisive, namely the maximum number of cards available. All we've got so far is a little clue:

"The Reward Edition will initially consist of 10 brand new cards. Each card will be limited in number, so they won't just keep being printed indefinitely." - source

So we know that the cards are limited, but we don't know the exact number. So we are still poking in the dark. Without the concrete information of @aggroed and @yabapmatt we should be careful. I would be interested in your opinion now. As a small hint for your estimate: 1.5 million alpha cards and 4.5 million beta cards will be in circulation.
