Lived alone for about 30 Euro a month and I live in Sweden. Don't know about you guys but here we get a mail detailing how much energy we have used that month.
Might be you pay not as much as we in the Netherlands?
We do not receive an email. You search for a company, signs contract and pay an amount each month as signed for. At the end of your contract year you receive the annual bill. You pay extra or if you lucky you get some money back.
Most people need to pay up till thousands of euros extra.
