Wow. Twelve is so young.
This is so crazy and I don't really know what to say to that because that is so young.
It is because in my country minors are used to do crimes because if they are caught they will just belet go.
Now the police can catch them and turn them in to an institution @joalvarez
In my opinion it is better that way so that our society here will get much safer than having minors doing crimes in the streets.
