You can vote on dPoll via Keychain.
If you want to create a poll you need to log in via Steemconnect.

"Login" in top right just takes me to steemconnect, no keychain option visible?
When you vote a poll it asks you for Keychain or Steemconnect.
Login on the main page is via Steemconnect. But you only need that if you want to create a poll.
