What I Would't Do For Some Peace And Quiet: To Tell a Tale # 9
As a young boy, my grandfather gave me a donkey and cart,
he said it would make my life easier, and he sure did,
at least until I got married.
Unfortunately, my wife and donkey, just can’t get along.
Every day ended in a domestic aggravation. And I always am always in the middle.
So last night I told the two that I refuse to get involved.
Next thing I know, I am living alone.
No more wife that cooks, or donkey to carry the loads,
but at least now I have some peace and quiet.

I did laughed on the tragedy happens with this young boy turned in to man and got married 🤣. Can't do anything thing if you have decided to him in to ravin with out safety net.

haha, It took me a while to find a lighthearted reason why a man would be walking down the street carrying a 50kg bag on his head, and writing it under 100 words - that was quite challenging! But I had great fun with this
In this contest , I get stories which are mostly serious in nature. But your story has lightened the mood in good way.
As far as 100 words are concerned, I do accept upto 120 words because in many standard writing challenge they don't include words like a,an,the,is,are etc in count. But not more than 120 words.
Ok, thank you I will remember that next time I enter ;)
