There will be a total of 27 letters in the order, we have just to put the words correctly like in your example:
video 1: N o o
video 2:n e h
video 3: a s e
video 4: v e r
video 5: d o n
video 6 e t h
video 7: a t... etc
we will have to say No one has ever done that in the history of dota. in the comment and the first win ? (its that true?) because i didn't understand correctly sorry.

The rule after the one you paste answers your question

1/ You collect the letters to get the full sentence
2/ Then you read the sentence and do what it says you to do, that's part of the quest ;)
