Balloon Doodles

@opheliafu is sharing her doodles that she uses in this social artist platform called DADA, where the goal is to communicate with pictures. Sounds interesting :) Maybe I can find some time to check it out. Very nice how she simulates depth with the change in tones on the ballooon doodles. She made a very interesting composition that's also very well balanced. I also like how the minimalist expressions of the ballons can convey emotion with only a couple of lines.

Globo-garabatos

 @opheliafu está compartiendo sus garabatos que usa para una plataforma social para artistas, llamada DADA, donde la idea es comunicarse a través de dibujos. Suena interesante :) Talvez encuentro un momento para chequearla. Me gusta cómo simuló la profundidad cambiando los tonos de los globos. Hizo una composición muy interesante que también está muy bien balanceada. También me gusta cómo las expresiones minimalistas de los globos pueden comunicar tanta emoción con un par de líneas.

Daily Doodles

@benja is making some pretty cool characters in his daily doodles. They have reminded me that simple and small stuff is also great. Sometimes I make a lot of effort to make intricate stuff but I feel like I need to give some space to the small and simple.

 @benja está haciendo unos personajes muy geniales en sus garabatos diarios. Me recordaron que lo simple y pequeño también es grandioso. Algunas veces hago un gran esfuerzo por hacer cosas instrínsicas pero siento que también debo darle espacio a las cosas pequeñas y sencillas.

Pill Doodles

@damirb sketched some nice pill characters and pill bottles. He inspired them in a song by Metallica called "The Cure". The way of drawing the eyes that he used, is a classic way to draw because of the simplicity; little black circle inside bigger white circle. Beautiful. This, and even simpler plain black circle eyes are the ones that I like to draw myself the most because the characters turn out so cool looking, they pop out, and are totally fun to doodle! So many variations to be made.

Garabatos Pastilleros

 @damirb dibujó unos buenos personajes pastillas y botes de pastillas. Se inspiro en una canción de Metallica llamada "The Cure" o "La Cura". La manera que usó para dibujar los ojos es clásica por su simplicidad; círculo pequeño negro dentro de otro blanco más grande. Hermoso. Ésta y una más sencilla, que es sólo círculos negros son las maneras que más me gusta dibujarlos porque los personajes se miran geniales, resaltan, y es muy divertido hacer esos garabatos. Tantas variaciones por hacer.

Cutting Board Doodles

@orcheva drew some sweet mandalas in a cutting board. The end result is a crispy and delicious eye candy. I wonder if she was thinking about food when drawing it. I would've :D Nice details and smooth lines.

Garabatos en Tabla para Cortar

 @orcheva dibujó unos excelentes mandalas en una tabla para corta. El resultado final es un crujiente y delicioso dulce ocular. Me pregunto si ella pensaba en comida mientra lo dibujaba. Yo lo hubiera hecho :D Lindos detlalles y líneas sólidas.

Sick & Twisted Doodles

@drtarts made this very detailed and gooey (I love gooey doodles) painting. An horror vacui that will satisfy any craving for em'. I like how he drew that skull into the painting, and how he makes you look straight at it. Very good use of the law of thirds in his composition. The color palette gives it a feeling of darkness that really conveys that feeling of sickness and twistedness. That feeling and visual effects of psychedelia is something I really like to express in my art too.

Garabatos Enfermos y Torcidos

 @drtarts hizo una pintura muy detallada y ligosa (me encantan los garabatos ligosos). Un horror vacui que va a satisfacer a cualquiera que tenga éstos antojos. Me gusta cómo incluyó ese cráneo dentro del dibujo, y cómo te hace ver diréctamente hacia el. Un muy buen uso de la ley de tercios en su composición. La paleta de colores da un sentimiento de oscuridad que realmente comunica su nombre Sick & Twisted o "enfermo y torcido".

Doodles At Work

@uv10 doodled a crosshatch-styled landscape. I believe it looks just great. The lines give it lots of movent and texture and give it a rustic feeling, which is perfect for the plants, rocks and trees. This is a style that I would like to try more. I've only tried it a couple of times.

Garabatos en el Trabajo

 @uv10 garabateó un paisaje con sombreado de líneas. Yo pienso que se mira muy bien. Las líneas le dan mucho movimiento y textura y un sentimiento rústico, perfecto para las plantas, rocas y árboles. Éste es un estilo que me gustaría intentar más, pues sólo lo he probadoo un par de veces.
