this is a great idea an amazing cause. I'm new here and a minnow so my vote doesn't count much, but i give it anyway along with my full support. steemit is an inspiring place and i think there is a lot of good that can be done here - and these kinds of contests are truly showing that impact. i like the idea of a computer scholarship award - and seeing updates from those winners and the impact that it has on their life. imagine seeing their posts become more often, quality of images become better, learning more each day. reminds me of the One Laptop Per Child program started years ago. maybe we need a One Steemit Per Student program! :D
