Hungarian Vizsla – a true friend

This is an old breed originating from Hungary. For centuries, they were used as hunting dogs. After the Second World War, the breed was almost extinct and is still quite rare today. Their well-developed flair and intelligence proved to be an excellent companion for hunting.

This has been one of the few hunting breeds that have been used both as hunting and family dogs throughout history. They love to work with people and from here they have developed their exceptional sense of belonging. They love their owner and always wants to be with him. They are always beside you, even when you walk around the apartment. So, prepare for a lot of kisses, because they love to show you their love. These are social dogs who never want to be alone.

They have a lot of energy, so they are the right choice for athletes and active owners. Just a walk will not be enough, they need at least one hour of fast running per day. So, if you are a person who wants some peace or you work long workdays and you are not an active person, you should consider another breed.

And just for info, they are perfect guards :)

On those photos is my lovely friend Jun. He is my friend's dog and he is just amazing. They are great friends with my dog, but we can't leave them alone because, yeah, they will make babies :)
