Lexy
Lexy is a rescued dog we have had been fortune enough to receive. She was abused a lot and even the first owners cut her tail off ( they are such cruel people). When she came to us she was a afraid of ever little thing and even the quietest sounds. She was severely underweight and she could barely walk and not even jump. Lexy became very frustrated as a young puppy because she saw alot of other puppies doing things she was incapable of doing.
Fast foward a year and a half later this is LEXY:
She is now a full grown Central Asian Shepard Mix and she loves life and can finally smile and enjoy ever minute of it!
She also loves hanging with her sister (the husky) and playing all day long (running, jumping and whatever else dogs do)
This is a lesson that to NEVER GIVE UP ON LIFE and to keep pushing because one day if not already you will be as happy as the dog LEXY!
I rescue dogs here in Oklahoma, and I always get mad when a puppy is abused! I got 'Von' in a year and a half ago, he was beaten so bad he would not let me touch him for six months. After hand feeding him for a year, he now allows me to pet him, but I can Not adopt him out, as I try to do usually (to make room for the next puppy in trouble) because of the abuse!
There must be a special corner of Hell, reserved for owners who abuse innocent pets!
