COOL FACTS ABOUT DOGS

Hi everyone! Today am going to be highlighting some facts about dogs.

1. Dogs and cats both slurp water the same way : That is to say dogs are such messy drinkers, but just like cats, our canine friends bend the tip of their tongue and raise liquid in a column tip of their mouths.
2. Dogs misses you when you're gone : Dogs pick up on our daily routines and habits. They have sense on time passed.
3. Dogs whiskers helps at night "in the dark ": Their whiskers pick up on changes in air current providing them with information about the size, shape and speed of the near by things. It also also helps them detect prey and danger at night.
4. Dogs have sweat glands into their paws : They are found between their paw pads. That's why on a sunny day dogs often like their paws been wet because it keeps them cool.
5. Averagely, dogs mouth exerts 320 pounds of pressure : Tests has been conducted on various dogs to prove it. In comparison human beings exerts 120 pounds, white shark 60 pounds, and crocodile 2,500 pounds. Dogs also have ten more adult teeths than humans.
6. Dogs can actually smell your feelings : Dogs can pick up on your scent, which helps them figure out how you are feeling. It is also likely how dogs can detect or know that a household member is pregnant and when someone also becomes fearful.
7. Dogs can hear 4 times as far as humans : Puppies are born deaf at first, but quickly surpass our hearing abilities.
8. You can lower your blood pressure just by petting your dog.
9. Dogs often get jealous if they see their humans displaying affection towards something or someone else.
10. Your dog is as smart as a 2 years old toddler.
