The FBI is worse than useless. Always zealous to molest people, unless they are an actual danger. It's easier to set up a loser to be a terrorist patsy with a plot written by his FBI handlers, and with weapons provided to him. Real crime- well that's just too hard and dangerous.
Right, definitely if anything fails once it was never useful at all. That's why I don't bother wearing seat belts either, people have died while wearing them! And just forget condoms, they fail like 1% of the time so why bother?

The government failed. That's the point. Individual responsibility is key.
