I don't disagree with the idea, but I wonder if 15 years from now this would really be needed or if the people who are parents at that point will have grown up with a digital side to life where a lot of parents now didn't. Everyone's perspectives about the internet and digital life will be VERY different. My dad didn't have any idea how to "monitor" or "parent" my digital lifestyle, but I'll have a much better sense of how to keep tabs on my sons as they grow up and learn about using the internet and all of its... wonders.
