DAILY PUMP - Leg Day Workout
Hello guys,
Check out my today's leg workout routine:
- Barbell Squats: 4 SETS | 6 REPS
- Hammer Squat Machine (Hamstrings extensions) - superset - Sit Hamstrings curl: 4 SETS | 15 REPS
- Leg Press: 4 SETS | 15 REPS
- Hack Squat (check video for the form) - superset - Leg extensions: 3 SETS | 15 REPS
