Hello guys,
Check out my today's leg workout routine:

  • Barbell Squats: 4 SETS | 6 REPS
  • Hammer Squat Machine (Hamstrings extensions) - superset - Sit Hamstrings curl: 4 SETS | 15 REPS
  • Leg Press: 4 SETS | 15 REPS
  • Hack Squat (check video for the form) - superset - Leg extensions: 3 SETS | 15 REPS
