Traditional Shrine Festival in Hokkaido Japan.
Today I went to Shrine Festival!
I believe many countries have lots of festival during summer time and Japan is one of them.
It's not quite summer yet but this shrine had festival for three days.
They had many little shops and omikoshi, so it was traditional way of celebrating the festival :)
This is Omikoshi
They walk around carrying this omikoshi in whole town, so that's why the festival is held for three days.
It is so powerful and cheering to look at them :)
There are many shops to eat and play!
We bought Hiroshima-yaki and candy covered candied apple.
Yes, candy in candy! It's very sweet but I love it because I have sweet tooth!
We had such a nice time at the festival :)

今日は神社祭りに行ってきました♬
町中に国旗が掲げられていて驚きました、お神輿もかついで天気はあまり良くありませんでしたがお祭りの活気もありすごくワクワクし心躍りました！
とても楽しかったです！今はお面が一個９００円したり綿アメが６００円するんですね・・・
私が子供の頃はそんなに高くなかったので驚きました。
お祭りに子供達が行くにも結構お金がかかる時代になりましたねw
お祭りはやっぱり楽しいですね♬

these are not regular candy apple, they are dried candied apple inside of the candy :)
It's one of festival food in Japan.
Awesome! Back at my home, I and my friends made Wild Apple Fermented Beer and share it with others during our festival in August. It's not too strong but has some kick.
