Many times we have the solutions at hand and we do not see them; the use of bamboo seems to me very practical and simple and definitely allows to give a more beautiful and private garden. I will try to do it in my garden, but with bamboos of less height and in a smaller area and planting climbing plants in a way to give it a special look ... and I will be satisfied with having done it with my own hands and resources.
I have planted avocado but my wife wants a special area for gardening where to plant her flowers:
