There is probably no rational and scientific explanation, it might just be some placebo effect :)
But while singing that song I already feel better !
It's a song that I really love , I can't believe I waited that long to share it with you as it was my all time favorite especially for live gig.
Since I stopped smoking cigarette in October, I really missed my bass, so being sick has its advantage, the raspy voice always fitted the tone for this all time classic, it's "Same Old Blues " by Freddie King .

For the treatment of the sound, I exported the wave of the video, then used a noise reduction software.
While it lost a bit of fullness in the voice, i like the reduction of the white noise , it sounds almost like a clean take
I decided do double the track .
On one side of the track,it;s a clean equalization customized for strummed acoustic guitar, with a virtual compressor for Jazz Guitar
The other duplicated track has a customized equalization for a Lead vocal , and a compression for Light Vocal Jazz, with a Reverb added.

It makes the reverb feels quite unnatural, but I like it let me know what you think, it was just for fun!

I have a favor now to ask you, different from the one I posted on Brian's post. There's a song called Little Talks by Of Monsters and Men. Not sure if you know it, but I heard it a long time ago, and immediately fell in love with the music and the sound of the voices (it's a man and a woman), then I really listened to the lyrics. Not sure if you want to tackle it, but it's a song near to our hearts. Have a look...you'll see why.

Yes! Cat Stevens; Father and Son another great one. It's funny how different songs bring different memories to each of us. That's part of the beauty of it all! You just made me think of Cats in the Cradle by Harry Chapin :)

I have my a DLive video I want to post tomorrow morning ok.. it’s in a zipped folder on the desktop. When I sign into DLive, it seems like a ‘one-click’ deal to post a DLive video. Click ‘post video’ probably and then locate the zipped folder on the desktop and click ‘open’ I’m assuming??
Is there anything else I need to be prepared for?

Discord was an app for gamer at first, like teamspeak , it allows us to play games and talk to each other at the same time .I was a part of it before being on steemit !
